can you get vell's heart from the baby vell event? because it says something about a dust, but I haven't seen the heart itself. I hate that Item so much. Everyone needs it and it's never on the market, It's so hard to get it's annoying

It is too bad you can't upload screenshots to this page. This quest has also changed the the pad you stand on that lights up is now on its side. No matter what I do I can not put it in the right position. Instead I tried to place the balls around the outside of it in the order and position the balls as they light up, but alas no. Is there anyway you an go have a look?
